The user by participating in Music Dedication Special authorizes Guruji.com to send email notifications about new offers and products in future. The contestant can of course unsubscribe from these notifications at any point of time.
What if there are any disputes?
Guruji.com reserves the ultimate right to arbitrate, and their decision would be considered to be ultimate and final incase of a dispute. Guruji may share the participant registration to the third party.
How will the lucky draw winners be chosen?
All lucky draws will be conducted through a software application to ensure unbiased random selection .
How would the winners receive the prize?
The prize will be sent to the mailing address provided by each of the winners. Winners must provide a valid mailing address to the Organizers. Organizers shall not be responsible, if the winners do not respond to the notification email within the prescribed deadline.
What is Organizers liability?
Organizers shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with the prizes. Organizers shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage or other consequence whatsoever arising from, suffered or incurred by the winners from or in relation to the prizes.
